1. Agreement to Terms
By using bookmyreel’s services or booking a session, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 years or older, or have consent from a legal guardian, to book or use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and activities.
2. Services Offered
bookmyreel provides on-site short-form video creation. All services are subject to availability and your selected plan.
You must ensure accurate location, timing, and shoot requirements are provided at the time of booking.
Service duration and deliverables are based on your selected plan (hourly, half-day, or custom event package).
3. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are made in real-time via our webdite.
You may cancel or reschedule a shoot up to 3 hours in advance. Late cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise approved.
No-shows will be marked as service rendered and no refund will be issued.
4. Payments
All payments are securely processed through third-party gateways. bookmyreel does not store full payment information.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Final price is confirmed at checkout.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days, per the refund criteria shared during booking.
5. Content Delivery & Rights
Once delivered, the final content (video/reel) belongs to you. bookmyreel does not claim rights over your footage.
You are free to use the content on your own platforms. However, you may not resell or relicense the content to others.
bookmyreel may retain backups for limited time to support re-delivery or quality assurance, unless deletion is requested.
6. Limitations of Use
You may not attempt to access admin features, reverse-engineer our booking system, or use bots to automate interactions.
You may not use our service for illegal, harmful, or harassing purposes.
Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of your account and services.
7. Disclaimers
bookmyreel does not guarantee viral performance or engagement metrics on any social media platform.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment failure, or third-party disruptions.
All services are provided “as-is” and without warranty beyond the deliverable mentioned.
8. Liability Limitations
In no case shall bookmyreel be liable for damages beyond the amount paid for the service booked.
This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost profits or loss of content reach.
9. Account Deletion & Data
You may delete your account from the dashboard. All personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Legal disputes will be resolved in courts located in Telangana, India.
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
To become a bookmyreel Creator, you must apply via our Creator Program and pass onboarding review.
You must use a supported device (iPhone 13 or newer) and meet our quality & punctuality guidelines.
2. Assignments & Scheduling
All shoots are auto-assigned based on availability and location. You must accept or decline within 2 hours of notification.
Frequent no-shows, delays, or quality complaints may result in temporary suspension or removal from the Creator Program.
3. Content Ownership & Use
Content you shoot for bookmyreel is delivered to clients and becomes their property. You may not re-use or upload client content elsewhere.
bookmyreel may use screenshots or clips for internal promotion or training with non-exclusive rights.
4. Payments & Payouts
Creators receive a fixed share (e.g., 80%) of the total booking amount per session.
Payouts are made weekly via your registered payment method, provided minimum threshold is met.
bookmyreel reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of fraud or breach.
5. Code of Conduct
Creators must maintain professionalism, respect client privacy, and never solicit side deals outside the platform.
Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the Creator relationship at any time. Creators must return pending assignments if terminated mid-cycle.
Violation of terms, repeated client complaints, or quality issues can lead to suspension without compensation.
7. Legal Compliance
Creators are responsible for complying with Indian laws related to freelance or contract work, tax filings, and data privacy.
8. Governing Law
These Creator Terms are governed by Indian law. Legal proceedings shall take place in Telangana, India.
